2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and legally able to use the service where you live. A 13-year-old must have authorization from a parent or guardian. Other countries may require authorization at a higher age. We may apply country restrictions or proportionate age checks.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use one personal account unless approved otherwise. We may restrict accounts for safety, fraud, manipulation, legal compliance or material breach.
4. Connected platforms
Social posts remain hosted by third-party platforms. You authorize access only within the OAuth scopes displayed. Provider terms also apply, and analytics availability depends on provider permissions and systems.
5. Acceptable use
Do not harass, impersonate, exploit minors, infringe rights, publish illegal or dangerous content, manipulate metrics, automate abuse, evade restrictions, compromise security or coordinate deceptive engagement.
6. Service
The MVP is provided as available. Scoring, features and availability may change with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee reach, ranking, platform availability or business results.
7. Content and IP
You retain rights in your social content. You grant only the limited permission needed to display permitted metadata, links, avatars, rankings and share cards. SoMe Wars software, branding and original assets remain protected.
8. Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Spanish law governs, subject to mandatory protections and courts available to consumers where they live. Disputes should first be sent to support@somewars.com.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access under these terms. Security, dispute and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
