Minimum age
You must be at least 13. Accounts identified as under 13 will be restricted and handled under an approved deletion and parental-notice process.
Parental authorization
A 13-year-old requires parent or guardian authorization under the Spanish consent threshold. Other countries may require authorization at older ages. The MVP attestation records the claim but is not verifiable parental consent.
Privacy defaults
Optional tracking, geolocation and profiling are off by default. No personal data is sold and no monetary prizes are offered. Public challenges may display a participant's display name, avatar, score and permitted post links.
Production safeguards
Global launch for minors requires a child-focused DPIA, age-assurance decision, verifiable guardian workflow where required, age-appropriate notices, moderation/reporting and country review.
